Rugby training with Bárbara on KML Learning

KML Learning offers a dedicated rugby course exploring different aspects of training and the game. Taught by Bárbara, it covers topics that form part of the everyday work of coaches and coaching teams.
The programme is organised into four modules. The first focuses on planning, covering training structure, general planning principles, warm-ups and cool-downs.
The second module explores physical preparation, with lessons on perceptual-motor skills, basic physical capacities and rugby-specific physical qualities.
Technique is the focus of the third module, which covers attacking and defensive techniques, collective technique and position-specific work. The fourth module addresses tactics, from attacking and defensive concepts to the structure of a game model.
With 18 video lessons in total, the course provides an opportunity to explore these topics in greater depth and reflect on how to apply them in rugby training.
